Erica & Jason Park Slope, Brooklyn
Erica, a commercial architect, would settle than nothing less than perfection. As a working couple, Erica & Jason needed a functional kitchen with plenty of storage that would support their busy lifestyle. Cabinetry in this project was engineered with two tiers integrated into one cabinet, and a light valance that was hidden behind the full overlay doors. The full-access cabinetry makes the most use of this limited space. In Park Slope, where floor space is limited, the only way to go is up! This kitchen makes the best use of the high ceilings in this 100+ year old co-op. The crown molding was integrated to the cabinetry, and runs the entire perimeter of the room.
Cabinetry: Cabico Custom Cabinetry. Solid reversed-raised shaker doors in pure white low-sheen lacquer. Counters: Black Absolute Granite. Appliances: Bottom Freezer Fridge: Leibherr Dishwasher: Kitchenaid Microwave hood, Range: GE Café
