| These empty-nesters decided that it was time to ditch their condo in Eastern Long Island, and opt for something more convenient to the city. This coop apartment in Northern Queens had the location, but presented numerous design challenges. They wanted to integrate a washer & dryer into the kitchen, but they also want to add a bathroom, which cut into the already tight kitchen space. The solution gave them everything they wanted and more. |
